It’s the time of year when the days get shorter, the nights get a bit longer.

It’s also the season when we all start to look forward to the holidays as a welcome break. And here in the U.S., the one holiday celebrated from coast to coast is, of course, Thanksgiving.

In many households, it’s tradition for all family members to share what they’re thankful for before enjoying their Thanksgiving meal together. It’s a simple but moving way to express your gratitude for the things that make your life better and the people who are important to you.

As a company, all the employees play an important role, especially the customer service reps that answer our phones. “The voice of Air-Ref”. Our CSR’s are the first impression, the first experience you will have with our company. That’s why we take an opportunity, when we can, to communicate our appreciation for the team’s hard work throughout the year. CSR’s may be one small part of a larger company, a well-oiled machine, working together to Keep You Cool in south Florida.

Here is to another professional, very friendly year of providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Happy Thanksgiving
